Before 1920 there were only small demands on the building physics. Thermal insulation and sound insulation was not an issue. In 1930 years, the impact of the global economic crisis can be seen also in the types of buildings. Today can be attributed to some bungalows subsequently set up a floor, either as a separate, independent apartment or as an extension of the existing dwelling.

It was not until the 1980s, sound and heat insulation, important planning issues.
